Role and mission

The Town Clerk carries out tasks of collaboration, advice and legal and administrative aid to the municipal bodies, the Councillors and the offices, in accordance with the law, the Charter and the regulations.

By resolution no. 6 of 12.02.2016, the Municipality of Cologno al Serio approved the dissolution of the former convention for the joint management of the municipal secretariat with the municipalities of Verdello and Castel Rozzone, with effect from 14.03.2016.

By disposition no. 2016/0373, the Prefecture of Milan has appointed Dr Giorgio Ricci with effect from 14.03.2016.

By decree no. 4 of 15.03.2016, the Mayor formalized the appointment of Dr Giorgio Ricci as town clerk.
