Its functions

This office shall give administrative support to the activities of the Town Council, Municipal Board and Town Clerk, as well as technical, operational and administrative support to the deliberative activities of the institutional bodies. Citizens can apply to this office to submit requests for accessing municipal documents. The secretary’s office shall also keep and update the municipal regulations.

How to request access to documents

To access or get a copy of municipal documents, citizens may apply to the secretary’s office and submit a justified request.
The request may be submitted by mail or handed to this office.

Collection of signatures to support referendum initiatives

The collections of signatures to support referendum initiatives and citizens’ proposals are filed at the Administrative Department – General Affairs and Organization Service.
